The food was delicious, we had 2 calzones and dessert and they were really good. If only the service was as good as the food. We had a very rude waiter who complained that 2 of us were sharing a pizza and then kept yelling in the place to the cook. He yelled to the point that we could have a conversation, he then proceeded to set up a table by throwing the chairs. Even if the food is very good it doesn't make up for that awful service. We didn't feel welcomed at all.

I said tap water but the waiter opened an bottle water. They agree to take back but they did not apologize but shrugged. Pizza tastes worse than Dieci but still better than domino.

This is, without a doubt, the best Italian restaurant in Geneva. Their pasta is possibly the best non-asian pasta I've had in my life. The pizza dough they use is amazing: light and fresh, with a wonderful yeasty flavor. The owner takes a lot of care to make sure that you feel welcome and that you have a pleasant dining experience. If I were richer, I would go here all the time. As it stands, it's where we go when people come from out of town.

La vecchia Napoli is a high quality Italian restaurant with a really great owner and staff. We return time after time with guests to Geneva for good pizza, GREAT pasta, and tasty Italian wines!
