At the centre itself the people are informative and helpful as they assisted me by helping me print things that I had forgotten (for a small fee). I think the most frustrating thing about this service is that you cannot speak to someone via phone in urgent situations or prior to attending to confirm small details. I understand that you are just the 'caught in the middle' passing information back from relevant embassies or organisations however, its a daunting/expensive process when dealing with visas and I believe it would be so much easier if there was some form of phone support team. Thanks for helping me and hopefully, if there is a next time, you guys will have a phone number. Would solve so many problems!

This was a horrible experience. What should have taken 5 days to have my student visa took three months. It was extremely frustrating and the application on my phone to track the visa process to this day still says that my visa is not ready for pick-up so this is not reliable. I had to continue to personally check in to see if my visa was ready as there is no way to contact the office.

I came to take my passport but I fond your office closed!! This is not logical because the working hours written in Google do not correspond to reality, and above all, you do not have a telephone number to contact. How frustrating that was because I live far from Geneva. Please change the working hours on Google.
