Very chewy meat. So many bits that couldn’t chew properly so ended up spitting it out. This is uncomfortable and embarrassing in front of people. The bacon is not crispy, which is a shame. Bread is good. Soft and tasty. The delivery arrived nice and warm, but with disinfectants packets and no sauces. HBF need to step up their game. This is not the first time I have a bad experience. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering from HBF again.

Average burgers. Long wait. Heavily understaffed. Staff are nice but clearly under huge pressure with long queues and impatient customers. Unfortunately this has been run with the intention of minimising overheads (50% less staff by making customers queue to order and no table service) at the expense of overworking staff and poor customer service. Restaurant prices with fast food service... if the staff and customers aren’t benefiting from this then who is?! ** update: I have discovered that this company was sold out to a real estate group.. no wonder the quality and service has been compromised.

My favorite burgers in Geneva. Add caramelised onions and enjoy ️ Also the cheesecake is highly recommended - very creamy and not too sweet. They also serve a home made lemonade which is quite good.

unfortunately I have given a 2 stars valuation to this place upon my visit this Saturday with my family. we had 4 burgers and sodas for 95 chf. This is not expensive for gva. They didn't take orders at the table. You had to queue. Neither they had gluten free bread. I presume the tables area was noisy mainly because of people coming for takeaways. Decoration and tables is really minimalistic. The burgers were ok. and we saw a lot of families. At least you can take children there. My wife told me after sharing my views that I am getting old and grumpy... Maybe she was right. she paid which made my review somehow softer. I still prefer paquis libanese restaurants.
