Absolutely terrible experience. Booked a bus to Chamonix for 9th. They took my money and sent a confirmation. I waited at the \pick up point\ 1 hour 45 minutes. I was 45 minutes early. No driver/or representative even even turned up. I kept a close eye on the bus terminal. No vehicle ever came. I had to enquire with airport information even to find out it had been cancelled. No email or text was ever received from Swiss tours. I will be seeking considerable compensation. What a shambles. Edit** swisstours claim to have emailed me informing me of this cancellation, however this is not the case. I have double checked and received no such email. They have made no effort to refund my ticket. And infact I was still able to book with them just three days previous.

Terrific trip to Chamonix. No frills, but you're not paying for any. I'm brand new to Geneva and went skiing Christmas Day. The bus was clean and comfortable, the service was professional and when I was concerned I might not be able to ski because of a knee injury the operators were very kind and understanding -- immediately offering to allow me to change dates. Five stars!
Excellent service, the bus was easy to find at the airport on the arrival floor. The driver was polite, and the bus was clea. We stopped at Geneva bus station and then the bus was direct. The drive was quick 1h15 from Geneva to Chamonix. The tickets are very cheap if you book online. I saw complaint about small delays but come on, buses drive on the road, delays can happen. On my experience it wasn't so I recommand this company!
Absolutely great value for little money. Punctual! Driver was extremely helpful to stop in Morzine in front of our hotel which saved us a 20 minutes walk with heavy luggage. Kudos to Swiss Tours!!
Good luck finding the correct bus in Geneva Airport since no signs or platform numbers at the bus port. Also good luck finding working toilet on the bus. Overall poor service design. Gets you from A to B sure.
My journey from Geneva to Chamonix went well. The bus was on time, the driver was pleasant and he did not hesitate to help me with my ski stuff. Fast and efficient route!
I recommend Swisstours ! Bus on time and confortable ! Easy to find pick up place. The driver had a very good driving, first time I don't get sick going through the mountains !! I found cheaper ticket booking on-line ;)
