Terrible. I went in to buy an iPhone XR, which is selling in Nyon. The man told me in no uncertain terms that this phone has been REPLACED by the (more expensive) iPhone11. I then went to the Apple store not far away and asked if what I had just been told was true. Answer from Apple: \Absolutely not!\ I could have bought it there, if I wanted to return to Swisscom to 'register' it.

The worst service with this provider. No solutions for the office with more than 5 people working in the center of Geneva. The internet speed is what it was in Russia in 90s when the internet was introduced. And they just say they cannot do anything about it. Honestly a joke.

Small and therefore frequently busy, even outside of peak hours. However, once you're served, customer service is excellent. Damien and Jean-Christophe are informative and take professionalism and creativity to new levels. Happy customer!

Somehow managed to find the place totally empty and thus my request was quickly processed. My brief conversation with the staff left me happy that I only needed something extremely specific that I've dealt with before. An inquiry about a more \involved\ topic was met with a blank stare.

The employees were polite and friendly, but I was frustrated that before I had been properly informed I had 'signed up' (without signing anything or paying for anything) for something for which the only way to cancel the order was to go there in person. In addition, to find that out, I was on call waiting for 20min and passed around 3 times! When I went there in person the same day they still couldn't cancel my order because they needed some technical expert who could cancel it. I was assured several times that it would be canceled first thing in the morning and I should wait for their call at 9am. Nothing. No one has called me and now, for a third time, I have to go back to the store in person. It's not even possible to call the specific store. When you call the number they have listed it's just the robot who offers for you talk to a \store hotline expert\ whatever that means.
