They still have plastic bags for fresh fruit and vegetables. The bio products are also almost all in plastic packaging. They have no initiative for sustainable products, like really sustainable. There is always a big waiting line. If you go there half of what you buying is literally plastic.

My second favourite shop. Historically, growing up in Switzerland, you are a Coop or a Migros child. I became the first, but since Migros is focusing more on sustainability and bio products, I start coming here more often. Even though, the restaurant on the first floor is exceptionally bad for Migros.

*The* grocery store for Geneva. The Plainpalais location is very convenient but the selection is not fantastic as far as all Migros go, but is better than the nearby Coop. This Migros is located in the basement of a small mall, and thus the cell phone reception isn't great. They do have a pretty good selection of foreign foods actually.
A great place for groceries. The restaurant at the top of the mall is a type of buffet and is good. You've got cheap boose in the store at the back as migros is not selling alcohol.
