I have bought several bicycles from these guys over the years and, since I ride daily around town throughout the year, I get them to do regular services to keep my bicycle in shape. They never disappoint me, are always cheerful, and always to a good job. On top of this, the last couple of times I have been in for a quick repair, they have fixed it up and pumped up the tyres and sent me on my way with no charge. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike or repairs to their current one.

When buying my new bike, I received exceptional service from Charlie. He gave me honest advice according to my needs and I couldn't be happier with the bike I ended up buying. It corresponded exactly to what I was looking for. Charlie and the team at the store are incredibly friendly and are always so helpful when I have questions about the bike or if I need to purchase any accessories for it. Overall, thoroughly recommended!
Soldsport is the best bike shop I've ever come across. The guys are not only extremely nice, they also do an excellent job for a fair price. They are always very helpful and will do everything to make sure you leave with a smile. I also appreciate that they remember me every time I come back. Great job guys!
This place is fantastic. I bought a bike there and they were the only place in the area that had exactly what I was looking for (a tall women's step-through bike with gears). They made some adjustments for me (switching handlebars, etc) and fitted the accessories, etc. Their prices seem very reasonable by Geneva standards and they have a good range of accessories, but what has really stood out to me is the quality of their customer service and their after-sale service. Every time I've been in the staff are reliably friendly and super helpful. I've taken the bike back twice since I bought it, once for a slight adjustment, which they didn't charge me for, and the second time for the first service, which is included when you buy the bike. Both times both the sales staff and the bike mechanics were an absolute pleasure to deal with and incredibly helpful. And, if your French is as terrible as mine, they will very kindly speak English with you. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen. :-)
Incredible, friendly service - the kind of place where the mechanics know their stuff, are honest with you when you don't need something done, and are genuinely passionate about bicycles. Always willing to give advice and pump up your wheel for free, and I really feel at home. Have never left here disapointed.
I went in with a mechanical problem having just put bike together at the airport. My bike was looked at by three different mechanics, fixed and then my chain oiled, gear box serviced and tyres pumped to pressure. When I came to try and pay they refused to let me, such a lovely start to my holiday, thanks guys!
Great local bike shop. Bought a bike here they built. Lightweight and perfect for my city get around—but even rode-road it around Lac Leman and performed beautifully. Great service and friendly. I always bring my bike here when I have problems. Some things they fix free of charge.
