Very efficient & friendly people..Car good (slightly smaller than ordered but still good) only gripe the “completion process..Too many emails/invoices etc..Just need to know the car was ok returned correctly & the invoice..1 email with all think I’ve had about 4 or 5.. Will use again hopefully

Great car, good service BUT charged 50 euro(60 US) for a basic pair of snow chains which I could buy new for the same price. Did not end up using chains and were still sealed but no refund or partial credit. They really took advantage of us!
The staff at Sixt dealt with some very difficult customers ahead of us in the queue very well, reducing the time we had to wait to be served. The rental car itself was excellent and brand new.
Class Action! Sixt car rental hire are scammers! Do not use! This company needs to be taken down, after reading countless reviews, both here and on trip advisor they are operating a scam and charging customers for damage to vehicles which the customers do not do.Beware we hired a car in Geneva on the french side last year, we have now received notification more than 1 year later, that there is a 1cm scratch made to the car, and the cost is over 1500 euros to fix. Its completely ludicrous claim as the vehicle was return and checked by their own staff in perfect condition. Judging from all the other reviews this is their modus. Please google class action against sixt car rental and join.
Always greats service and even got an upgrade to ensure a great week of driving around Switzerland. I will be back soon :)

Always happy with the agency located at Geneva airport. Quick and easy, though my last reservation online had a mistake from my part on the delivery hour following a category change, they tried to accommodate as good as they good so I wouldn't have to wait 2 hours my car would be available.
