Five stars for customer service! I talked to a very friendly man who was extremely helpful in placing an order for a birthday cake. His passion for his product was evident, which makes everything all the more appealing. If you are looking for sweets to wow someone, this is the place.
I am pleasantly surprised by how good the pastries were ! Not only was it appealing by sight, the taste and richness is a cherry on top, it complements so well. The staff here was also nice and patient, overall it was a satisfying visit. I highly recommend you to give this patisserie a go !
the service is quite cold and even no “au revoir” after I paid by cash (because they don’t accept credit card unless more than 10 CHF),and they even charged me more money because they thought I ordered a coffee(but I didn’t),I gave them euros and they gave me back CHF...well, what’s more ,the croissant is not so good I didn’t even finish it. Bref ,faut éviter absolument. Double champion suisse de la boulangerie ? c’est une blague non ?
I'm mostly familiar with their bread, so far the best in Geneva. I visit them every Saturday morning, fresh bread, butter, jam and a great cup of coffee. You make my weekends!
Best apple pie ever! No place to sit though. :(
On par with a pretty decent Parisien boulangerie re the pastries. Baguette was great (thon) the salad and french dressing were lovely. Would return!
