Got my first piercing (helix) done here. Very clean place and served in a very friendly manner. The weekly controls also allow you to make sure the piercing is healing properly. A great experience and would definitely come back for other piercings.

This place and Richard deserve nothing less than 5 stars. I got my piercing done there yesterday and I love it and I love Richard. Got into a bit of a language barrier there since I don't speak French and Richard knows very little English but we used Google translate to communicate with each other. He was very cooperative and extremely professional and encouraged me to contact him with any questions or concerns I might have later on. Would recommend to anyone thinking about getting a piercing in Geneva.
I am from the United States. I was on a business trip in Geneva and I wanted to switch out my Daith Piercing jewelry. The owner of this shop is a top notch professional. His shop is über clean, so are the instruments he uses. He even wrote down for me in French some after care spray to buy at a pharmacie because my piercing site was looking a little irritated. I have 5 piercings in all. If I ever come back to Geneva, I will definitely get one there. He also super kind and friendly and obviously knows his stuff.
Very bad customer service, gives attitude to foreign customers, makes you wait for nothing, rude, AND doesn’t even give you time to tell him what you want before rejecting you as a customer. Was so excited for this place but I left disappointed and angry, I regret wasting my time. replying to your comment: your ego still is not allowing you a simple apology? and your comment proves that you are racist :) I can't believe you wrote that... that's so low and a complete lie to portray just to save face here. How are you bringing race into this! That's sad
