Very rude personnel. I had a gift wrapped and it looked like it was done hurriedly. When I requested the lady (Anri? Enri? at the -1 level) to fix it, she reacted quite strongly. It still did not look neat so I tried to smooth out the folds and she raised her voice at me to say in French, “do you want to do it yourself?!” Payot, please make an effort to train your staff to always prioritize customer service.
