Making people wait outside in a line... for over 15 minutes, not ok. Your clients deserve better. Suggest you have a sales person attending to the line in case. Update: I passed today, the day after, and I was glad to see a sales person attending to the line, delivering water and asking if everyone was doing ok. Thank you. Even better would be to allow people to begin their purchase process outside, especially if it's only for a gift card or somethign specific, so that when they get inside, their purchase is already ready.
One of the Large LV stores you should be able to find what your looking for there excellent service as well (don’t miss out on the perfumes if you don’t find what your looking for all of them are great)

Best service on the Rue du Rhone by far! Others could learn a thing or two about exceptional service here. From the second you walk in the door the security are professional and the staff are attentive and not pushy.
Service & choice is perfect here in the Geneva store. For all lovers of LV you can't go wrong with a visit here. Even my young teenager son's get respectful treatment when they go in on their own if they want to browse. Love the attention to details, the quality and their return /exchange policy is very customer friendly. Highly recommend this brand and the store here in Geneva if you want a treat for yourself or a loved one.
The lv store with the best service I've ever been to! Even I only bought a small wallet the SA was patient and nice throughout the entire process, he even walked me out to the door. Much better than the Zurich store, the SA there was pretty ignorant after knowing I'm looking for a wallet.
