Very cordial and generous in the offer of books I was looking for. I felt no pressure to buy and especially not to buy the most expensive method of learning Arabic. Pleasant atmosphere.

Worst customer service! Would not recommend you go here. Best to order books from an online retailer. My father, a 75 year old man, was yelled at by the attending staff at 3 different occasions for asking for guidance about the books available at the book store. Absolutely disrespectful.
