I went there just only to test macaroons and I ordered 3. I was so enjoyed as macaroons was so different from what I ate before. Chocolate drink is also good as it was very condensed and good to drink and ate macaroons at the same time. Restaurant is nice for decoration. Highly recommend this place

A Decent Place for High Tea in Geneva. The restaurant section was closed on my last visit (Sunday). Nice selections of tea and desserts, though some are too sweet in my opinion. The staffs are friendly and kind--many thanks for taking photos for us!

I received very good service at this branch of the famous Ladurée, the queen of macarons! There is a humongous selection of different flavoured macarons, as well as various other pastries. The environment is well designed and everything looks delightful. Coffee was good, too. Of course the prices are quite high for what you get, but it is Geneva and Switzerland, after all.

The attractive shop selling delicate and beautiful patisserie is worth a visit. Having a good coffee with one of the light cakelets, rich tarts or perfect macarons makes for a pleasant and tasty afternoon.

The macarons were quite good. However, the service was extremely poor. The woman who served us was very impatient and didn't give us time to think about which macarons we wanted to get. She spoke to us in a very condescending and rude manner. I felt scared being in the shop. Definitely not recommended. Will never go back.

A mixed experience really, nice food spoilt by poor service and rude staff! The whole place is beautifully decorated and the macaroons and drinks were surprisingly reasonable prices (for Geneva). We initially went to the takeaway counter to choose macaroons. They were delicious and the woman serving us was very friendly and helpful, and even offered to store my macaroons in their fridge when we decided to stay for a coffee. We then stayed for a cocktail and decided to move seats, we had a new waiter who was unaware that cocktails were on the menu, telling us we couldn’t have them when we asked. Once we finally got our drinks they weren’t bad, however, I found myself trying to avoid sucking orange zest shavings up through the straw by accident. We asked for the bill twice and the waiter (a different one again) was rather unpleasant and sarcastic the second time, which seemed uncalled for as we had waited at least another 5 mins before asking again, and were one of only two tables. I wish I’d left after my coffee, it is a lovely place with lovely food, however, the experience was somewhat soured by the end.
