Very kind receptionist and very well trained nurses. Special thanks to Flo and Sam (hopefully I remember their names correctly). My MRI scan went super smoothly even though I was very scared. They took their time to explain everything and were extremely kind. Thanks a million.

The kindness of the staff deserves 5 stars. I was handled by an intelligent, very kind hearted nurse, who spoke perfect English and explained everything in details about the examination. She also gave me answers about my concerns regarding the procedures. Following the MRI I was asked to wait for the radilogist doctor who explained me my results. The doctor was a cheerful friendly lady who invited me to view the images with her in order to facilitate the explanation of my results. She gave me a diagnosis and answered all other questions I had about the images. Some people commented that the machines looked outdated and therefore the results generated here do not have as much value as at other places. Well just because the interrior design of this radiology center does not look like a space station in sci-fi movie I would not worry about the quality of the diagnosis you will get here. Before I came here I had an other MRI in a different country, that place was in a brand new office building with fancy space design and their MRI machines looked like they will cure you right there and convert you to 20 years old again... But despite of their look they were only 1.5 Tesla MRI machines which means they provided a much worse resulotion image than the 3 Tesla MRI machines of ImageRive. In the other fancy MRI center they misdiagnosed me completely because of the poor quality images, at ImageRive they could give me the accurate diagnosis, that doctors can work with). It is not all about the look. Just because the design of a medical center looks more modern it does not mean it is better. This place does not look modern but the 3 Tesla MRI technology they use is the best available nowadays.

This place is advertised as a modern place but unfortunately my wife went through a horrible experience with it. 1- They don’t explain anything to patients especially international ones, just they give instructions and when my wife tries to ask for few things, they were quite rude 2- I strongly recommend before you go through a procedure there to ask for a clear explanation of the procedure and costs, if you don’t like us, they will hit you with all kind of expenses that you can never imagine and even don’t understand (e.g cost of receiving you And reading your file ) 3- After procedure it’s quite impossible to talk to a doctor and actually they get quite hostile and aggressive at reception and answering phones if you start to have questions 4- Technology is quite old versus what we have seen in US So my recommendation is to ask ahead and avoid this scam if possible and go for university hospital which has better technologies and for sure doesn’t drink the blood of patients.

Terrible rude receptionist and incompetent staff. Please avoid at all costs for your needs. Only if it is the last possible option within 50km would we ever go back. ImageRive give the profession a bad name.

Very ruff nurse, she snatched the injection in a tuff way from my hand and caused a big bruise . Infirmiere tres ruff,Elle a arrache l’injection en forme de tuf de ma main et m’a cause une grosse ecchymose,je ne CONSEILLER a personnel d’y aller.

Très mal reçue par la technicienne qui non seulement ne sait pas sourire mais en plus me fait mal inutilement. En voilà une qui n aime pas son métier et qui pourrait faire autre chose, non ? Je modifie mon avis car j'ai dû y retourner et ai été très bien reçue cette fois-ci, par d'autres. Mal tombée la première fois avec une technicienne pour la mammographie que j'espère ne jamais recroiser

J'ai appelé le 17 décembre à 9h30 le service facturation pour demander à parler avec la responsable car elle a géré mon dossier, je suis tombé sur une personne désagréable, qui m'a hurlé au tél et n'a pas voulu me donner son nom car j'ai eu le malheur de demander à parler à la responsable !! cette personne à la facturation devrait retourner à l'école pour apprendre les bonnes manières et parler correctement et avec respect aux patients !!! ABE
