Pizza is great, but service appalling! Officially the worst Domino's in Switzerland, by their very own metrics. At time of order, I was told it would be ready in 45 min. Arrived 50 minutes later and still had to wait 1.5 hour for my pizza. Even had to wait 20 minutes after the tracker said it was ready for pickup. If I ever were to go back here, it would have to be well outside peak hours, and absolutely not when I'm hungry...

the customer service is zero...i couldn't order well in French and the shift manager who was serving me on that sunday afternoon was so impatient...he told me in english..he doesnt speak english. When I insisted, he told me he doesn't care and reminded me this is Suise..huge disapointment to me and my littleones who were looking on... it will take me while to return...

It deserves zero stars. I ordered a pizza online. The online system accepted my order. Delivery guy called to tell me he would be at the door in 10. I waited 20 and went back to my office, waiting for him to call me. He never did. When I called the manager, the manager told me that they do not deliver to my address. He then told me to go order something else on each.ch. THE ONLINE SYSTEM ACCEPTED MY ORDER WITH MY ADDRESS. DELIVERY GUY CAME (30 MINUTES LATE). I get to work late tonight hungry. Take the advice of the manager and take your business elsewhere.
I hope I ubderstood it right... that every Tuesday, pizza of any size is at 13 CHF!!! Cant wait to have another bite of my favorite Hot BBQ Beef Pizza.
Never come here or any other Dominos in Geneva. Rolling pizza or the \10 francs pizza\ places are much better.
