I visited the Center on the 8th of February 2021 and I was very happy with the service. Booking an appoinment was very easy through email and the staff replied within minutes. I suggest you book in advance as they are fairly busy. When I went there the staff was very nice and helpful and the waiting time wasn't too long (around 20 minutes). Doctor Kasraee was very attentive and gladly explained all the questions I had about my treatment and was very thorough with the consultation. After my consultation I also had to take a blood test which was done quickly and effectively. I will be following my treatment (Accutane 20 mg) with this center as I am very happy in all aspects. The consultation with the doctor and blood test both summed up to about 100 Fr. which is a competitive price for the service they offer.

I visited the Centre to check and consequently remove three birthmarks. I paid close to CHF 1500 for a check (15 minutes) and the removal (30 minutes max) and it was not particularly nice done. They charged me an additional CHF 40 for a short medical report that I needed for my insurance. All in all, absolutely not recommended for the removal of birthmarks!

I have visited Dr. Kasraee during my visit to Geneva. Great dermatology center and Dr. Kasraee himself is a wonderful doctor, very knowlegable in his field. Absolutely recommend him to everyone.

I went for a consultation in November 2017. I waited for 30 mins and the consultation lasted literally 3 mins- including the examination. I got the impression that the doctor was not interested in responding to my questions. The bill was much higher than what was worth. Guess, it depends on the doctor you get, so I would not want to generalise. But I was highly unhappy with the service.

30min waiting time, 10 min consultation in total, explanations not understandable (half Romanian, half French), 600 francs of charges.. Absolutely incredible
