I went by Charly's store to get a new rear derallieur pad for my ebike which I couldn't find anywhere else. Charly took a week and was able to get the piece ordered & delivered at a discount. Great advice on repairing my ebike and was helpful with any errors or issues involved with the system. I will be returning to Charly's Bike Store with any problems I need a second look at. Great neighborhood bike store. The owner is truly knowledgeable & passionate about bikes. He offers a good selection of electric & leg-powered models for purchase, with tailored and competent advice for each person's needs, but he's also genuinely skilled at repairs. Twice he's fixed shoddy work done at other Geneva bike stores (that shall remain nameless), on my son's bike and mine. For my son's bike this was done on the fly in the late afternoon, more than an hour after the official closing time - and then Charly decided to charge us only half price for it! It's nice – and rare! – to see that kind of work ethic and quality of service.
