Cartier POP-UP café is a HIT ! I petition that Cartier turn this amazing pop-up into a long standing café:) It is what Geneva needs. Loved everything about it. Great job. If you want to chill and enjoy it HURRY as its only open until the end of June.

People are very friendly and welcome to show you the new collections items, and To satisfy you, coming up with solutions in to your needs for the items and the specific occasion Whether or not, you make a present to yourself, or to a friend. One of the people that deliver an excellent service to the clients is Mrs. Celina always in an excellent spirit, helping the client in to his choice, competitive, and with a kindness of humanity, and professionalism. New boutique, new pop-up cafe which is fantastic ( a shame it will only be up until the end of June to promote the new store ). Great service. You can't go wrong with a bit of Cartier.
Friendly and patient, which unfortunately can't be said of all Cartier boutiques. Excellent selection through the large boutique carrying all the categories Cartier offers (leather goods, watches, jeweler)

I was very disappointed by the service i received in cartier Geneva when i went to buy my wedding ring. I felt like i was buying a cheap carpet and not the most important jowel of my life! To name a few exemples: poor selling technique (told me the ring collection was stopping and this was the last ring...not at all), mistake on my engravment, almost no appologies and not willing to change it, i wasnt notified when my ring was finally ready (after 3 weeks delay...) and finally, when i wanted to provide feedback, i was stopped at the beginning without letting me speak, telling me i would be contacted, which of course never happened!!! For sure, i ll never buy anything else there!
