Top quality and so beautiful! Probably the best jewelry in Geneva from an iconic brand. The store is beautiful inside and the staff is very friendly. A must see for a unique memory of the city.
Waited half an hour in a room to be put on the \waiting list\, which was just a simple form to fill. Interestingly enough, I've had a colleague get a Rolex in a few months, because he knows one of the sellers, and had every transparent intention of simply flipping the watch to make a profit. So Basically, Bucherer tells us they have to make us jump through hoops and loops to prevent watch flipping, however they sell these very watches to their friends and pals, cognisant they will just sell them at a higher price to make a profit. If they don't know you, you will need to buy junk before being considered for a popular model, and don't get me started on their pre-owned prices, those are ludicrous. Above-market price for over-polished Rolex, without even original box or papers.
Got my ring repaired after scratching the band. Quick and great service and the ring looks like new! All the more, they did not charge for this service- how nice is that. We will return for our wedding bands. Thank you!

No service at all. Arrogent people with attitude. We bought a watch and unfortunately it was stolen and we went to ask some info about our watches with the police report the guy didn’t even bother to help or try to look the info on the computer. But when you want to buy something they are leaking you everywhere and asking if you need water or coffee. Shame to your service
