Best little secret vegan place Bio Fred is a lovely place with great food and products
What a gem in Old Town! Bio Fred is a super « crunchy « organic store with a small but very nice selection of high end organic food and a daily plat du jour, smoothies etc! A bit pricey and definitely hard to find, it’s a nice spot to go after wandering through Tip’s across the street.
A nice little organic shop and take-away cafe, small selection of goods as it is tiny, but all top notch stuff. The sandwiches are delicious, and made of heart shaped bread, ahh cute, good coffee and helpful, friendly staff.
Perfect place to get healthy, worth the detour by the old town, beautiful area

je vais chez bio fred depuis des années. C'est du bio de chez bio et c'est délicieux. On peut y aller les yeux fermés, surtout si vous êtes près de la vielle ville. Je recommande particulièrement les sandwichs en forme de coeur et les jus frais ainsi que ses spécialités au curcuma. Il y'a souvent des nouveautés de saison. Quand je vais là-bas, je me sens bien après. Bravo pour ton travail, le nouvel agencement de la boutique et la nouvelle déco. A bientôt
Un oasis de santé et d'excellents jus frais!! Fais dans la minute et personnalisables !! Avec légumes et fruits bios de saison. On peut aussi y trouver des sandwiches avec du pain bio au levain naturel ou sans gluten. Aussi plusieurs salades. Allez-y!! Du lundi au jeudi de 8h30 à 18h30. Le vendredi de 8h30 à 17h. Et enfin le samedi de 11hà 17h.
