This is a very bad place to get a piercing!! First of all the shop was supposed to open at one o'clock but it opend at twenty past one! Then the waiting time is astronomicaly long! The price of the julery is too high, the lady who works there is really unpolite, she doesn't know anything about customer service and she can barely speak French! My friend wanted a lob piercing and the lady did it with a piercing gun. All piercers i have encountered always said that piercing guns are really bad for the ear and can't be sterilised so this action just confirmed my suspicions of this place not being very honest and trustworthy!

Hello. I've never been to your place but I heard really good comments about it from my friends. Can I ask you, can I get a piercing without a permission from my parents if I'm fully 17?
Alors personnellement il y a plus de 15 ans j'ai fait mon premier percing au nez chez eux et aucun soucis, il y a 6 ans a la langue pareille rien a dire sur ça. Par contre l'accueil est pas très chaleureux, et la dame qui perce un peu froide a mon goût. Mais sinon super percing , hygiène rien a dire.
Effectivement une personne à la fois, donc quand j'entre avec mon fils de 5ans pour prendre rdv on me demande de le laisser dehors. Pas un bonjour en entrant. C'est honteux.
Super long choix de bijoux de piercings, la dame nous conseille et montre bien, avec des précautions très professionnelles. Sauf bémol, il faut bien s'exprimer car c'est à la pièce les bijoux et n'a pas d'échange, ni de retour, certains peuvent devenir cher. Trop de confiance sur son professionnalisme, de mauvais foi que parfois on peu faire des erreurs ou du mal à se comprendre avec ces clients.
