P51 has 3 parking spots for electric vehicle slow charging on level 3. Clearly the sign says those spots are reserved for EV. But it was ICE’ed and when we asked the parking office about it, the lady had no idea and didn’t want to do anything about it. What is the point of having these charging spots when they don’t enforce the rules and don’t actually ticket or tow the car?

Please renew and improve visualisation, layouts and signs. Even in elevator it is difficult to notice which floor should be chosen to get to rental cars.

Nightmare signage. Make sure you know which side Swiss or French.. Otherwise you will need another 20mins.. Incredible they can't agree avd work this out.

Long line of peoples in check un and police control. Many people miss the flight, more than 3 hours of queues. airport very badly organized to be international

Easy transport between airport and car rental or busses or teain station.

It is useful to have a dedicated parking spot for Car Rentals only, but I find this parking space a bit narrow especially at turns and exits.

Easy access by car and easy access to airport by foot or Bus. Expensive but standard for Switzerland
