Worst service in Geneva. I think they think their place is too cool to be nice. When I arrived, they made me wait to see my name on the reservation list and that guy never got back, so I had to try to ask another guy. Then I was sent to very hidden corner table like they wanted to hide me, even there were plenty of tables left. My friend was waiting to order for 45 minutes, so we decided to just have 1 drink and go instead of dinner(and food looks super basic anyway) . In the end we paid, my friend paid cash and the 5 fr change never came, we were walking toward to the cashier, 10 meters away, the cashier saw us and used the finger calling my friend like come come come get your change.

All the dishes absolutely brilliant! Of course prepare to pay probably more than you would expect, but you will get absolutely superb quality, so you won't regret any minute spent in Arthur's. The chef is magnificent and he definitely knows what to do!

The price is absolutely not worth it. It's so expensive and the food is not great. The only way they justify the price is by putting super thin slices of white truffle on some dishes, that taste old. The staff was condescending and billed us for good we didn't eat. After our discovery of the price of the food that we had not eaten on our bill, we got our money back from our waiter who slammed it onto our table very aggressively. She even had the audacity to exaggerate a fake apology after we drew her attention to the food we had not eaten on our bill. Would not recommend
The food was really good, overpriced, ambience nice. The service was horrific, the service makes the rating. She stuck her breasts out in front of my friend, ignored us, gave other people free espresso’s except for us and we are such polite, kind people. We waited 15 mins for her to give us bill and then collect the money. She also was super rude with us, when we came up to her w our money since she wasn’t coming anyways. How annoying.
A relaxed space to enjoy a drink when there is good weather and you stay outside. The pace of service is a bit relaxed so you find yourself asking for things as opposed to the staff asking if you need anything. 4 stars based on it being a convenient place to people watch and enjoy the river.
Fish is always fantastic, good wine and lovely Waitresses
Really enjoyed the food here, top notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, most speaking several languages, to make supper experience easier.
