We had two terrible regies before Apleona took over. They fixed the inherited administrative issues (which didn’t benefit us unfortunately) and listened to the tenants of our building to bring about improvements. Complaints, repairs, maintenance are always dealt with swiftly and followed up on. Charges are reconciled in a transparent manner. A special mention to Ms Carvalho, who is always reactive and professional and took personal care to ensure works on our balcony were carried out with minimal discomfort and inconvenience. Much appreciated!

Waited for agent to show me a flat at agreed time. He didn't show up. Called his office, they said he just left and would.arrive in 10 minutes. Waited some more, called again, they said they cannot reach him. After.1/2 hour waiting I gave up. He later wrote that in fact he was there, but earlier than me. What the ... Update: The below response tells you everything you need to know about this Real Estate company...a non-apology coming 1 year later!
Very poor treatment of (potential) tenants, arrogant and incompetent staff, try to avoid if possible.
The service is very poor. They do not bother you while you rent but when you move out and get a certificate from them that you have payed everything in few month they say thay made a mistake and you owe them few thousand for heating even though it is SIG which handels it and bills you separately. And bilfinger have never sent you that heating bill even once over few years of your renting... They claim their money and do not give your deposit back which you transfered to their bank account, as well as they do not inform your swisscaution of termination of the renting even though they require such document directly from renting company. Do not annaunce change of tenant to SIG. In general poorly replying to emails, better coming to their office for anything. Even better is to avoid them and not being fooled by their nice communication when you make a contract with them as later on it will dissappear
Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with them when we wanted to visit an apparement in Geneva we were very interested in: I took a day off to visit it and the person didn’t show up (more than one hour waiting)... no way to call them and no answers via email. We then managed to get a second visit and... surprise... the rent contract is only for one year as they will renovate the whole street. Thanks for letting us know in advance; we lost a lot of time and energy. Would not recommend it but never had them as a « régie ».
Je loue un appartement depuis 8 ans via la régie Apleona. J'apprécie beaucoup leur réactivité, et mes e-mails reçoivent une réponse en général dans 24 heures. Récemment mon appartement a nécessité de nombreux travaux lié à l'ancienneté de l'immeuble, et la patience des collaborateurs Apleona (merci Alison !) lors de nombreuses prises de rendez-vous avec les entreprises concernées est bien appréciée. Merci mille fois !
Très bonnes expériences avec la régie Apleona. Communications faciles et transmissions des informations courrier etc.. très claire. Je recommande cette régie pour leur professionnalisme.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié avoir affaire à Apleona, les collaborateurs sont cordiaux, professionnels et toujours à la disposition des locataires pour les aider.
