The screen protection service is very poor, for 40 francs the technician is putting the screen on top of dirt. I had to come back 2 more times to redo it as twice he put the protection plastic over the spots of dirt and I had many bubbles on my screen. When I asked to repair second time, he started to remove the dirt spots under bubbles with the metal tweezer I got scared for the screen of my new iPhone 11 Pro Max, and asked not to do it like this and I prefer him to completely remove the plastic, the staff became arrogant and said I have to let him do his job. I asked to return me my phone and money and remove the plastic he put, instead he offered me free plastic protections which I can buy for much cheaper in other shops and to put it myself... I had to come back for the third time for him to redo it. It is tolerable now but the quality is poor, I had put protections before for much cheaper with better quality, here the protection gives the unpleasant feeling on the phone screen and makes the image wavy. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I would also recommend to teach the staff to communicate properly with customers.

I went to Apple Store and waited for ages to see a representative, when I finally saw someone they said my cracked screen could not be fixed and they wanted to make me buy a new phone. I came to phone solutions and they fixed my phone under 25 minutes for a very nice price. The Service was 110 %. I don't understand why Phone solutions was able to fix my phone but Apple Store could not....

Très satisfaite du service, je souhaitais faire changer le port de charge de mon OnePlus6, car il ne fonctionnait plus au niveau des écouteurs que j'y branchais. La pièce a été commandée, on m'a bien informée des délais de livraison et aujourd'hui je suis allée la faire installer. Au moment de récupérer mon tel, tous les tests ont été fait pour s'assurer que tout fonctionne. Et avec amabilité et courtoisie. Merci!

Je vais malheureusement baisser la note de 5 à 1. Le changement de mon écran a été rapide certes mais il a très vite montré des disfonctionnements: tactile qui bloque, tactile qui fonctionne sans que je touche, le téléphone devient fou et fait des appels tout seul! J'ai enlevé la vitre de protection pour bien utiliser le tactile ce qui a résulté en quelques petites rayures d'usage sur l'écran. Aujourd'hui les dysfonctionnement perdurent et s'emparent, mais Phone Solutions a refusé de faire marcher la garantie à cause de la rayure... Pourtant il s'agit d'un problème de pose de l'écran de remplacement. Je suis par ailleurs très decue du SAV pour sa lenteur et l'attitude des vendeurs. A éviter.
