You will get competitive price in Digitec. Only lapse is that they don't have much devices available in shop. Most of the items you have to book online and collect in a day or 2.

Ordered three items on the 9th of January. At the time, it was clearly stated on their website that I would receive them at the end of the month. I received one item a few days later. Then, they gave the exact delivery date - 25th. After their website said \expected today\ all day on the 25th, they changed the message to \This article was not delivered to us within the agreed time.\ Not only is this not the first time that this has happened to me with digitec but I am also still unable to understand why they are selling products that they do not even have and making promises about them. You would expect a respectable store to have a warehouse and not be doing what is essentially dropshipping, but no, they can't do anything about this problem which happens every other time I order from them!

I bought a set of smart light bulbs from Digitec.ch. Next day, I got a message that the delivery date is unknown. I contacted the customer service and they told me that they don't have the product is any of their warehouses. So they are selling products that they don't even have. Now, I just have to wait. The customer service said it can be any time, maybe tomorrow, maybe in a week. Awesome! Selling a product that you don't even have is something completely new, applause. --- Response to the esponse from the owner.\ If you don't have the item in stock, you shouldn't accept payments for it, idiots.
