What an amazing and a trustworthy shop and team. Around 2-3 months ago I let my racing bike fixed and bought front and back light brand of knog. It's quite expensive BUT I knew it's because of the quality. I have a problem with my back light, so I went today (02 Sept 2016) to the shop and asked one of the team members if he can fix it. Not much discussion nor asking me the receipt, when I bought them, etc. He just given me a new one with a friendly smile. Wow! Yes, i said WOW and thank you in front of him. I am still amazed by now. If you have any problem with your bike, please go to get their advises. I really would recommend this shop because of the quality and service. Thanks Gellert Velo Team GmbH! You are really great and I trust you. I will be coming again whenever I have any problem with my bike. What a wonderful day you have given to me.

Super shop. Very good team and service. The guys were trustworthy, and got my race bike into tip top shape. They were even able to service my fatbike.

Sehr kompetent und extrem hilfsbereit. Zwar nur eine Kleinigkeit. Aber trotzdem: In Coronazeit heute ein Kindervelo zum Richten der Lenkstange gebracht. Wurde mit gebührendem Abstand im Freien sofort und kostenlos erledigt. Herzlichen Dank.
