I scheduled a time to test drive one of their used vehicles, and when I arrived the battery was dead. This place also doesn't reply to emails (see attached).

Never again this service. They install after market parts in your car and charge like for original Hyundai parts. I had to replace on both side spring and shock dumper where after market part (shock dumper) cost approx 60 franks and service charged me 250 franks for that. This is more than 200% more than normal price. They also haven't done job correctly as I had to go to another service to repair what they've done wrongly. An authorized Hyundai service should not install after market parts (KYM shock dumper) without informing customer and charge like for original Hyundai part. This is cheating and will be escalated. Stay away from them as personnel is extremely unpleasant and not really helpful.
