You ask for a quote for the yearly checkup, the final price is 2x times the amount that what was annonced. Normally if the final price is over 30% above what was annoced, they are supposed to confirm with you... Anything they can bill you for, expect to be billed. I asked to extend my leasing ( car that I had for 4 years already), the extention conditions where paying more than before ! I called the leasing company for the value prix of the car, they needed Berger's approval before telling me.! Just the impression of being ripped off.... Won't go there again...

Having Mazdas since many years I'm their regular customer. However, they don't propose free pool car during a service and I always have a feeling that I paid too much for almost just looking at my car and then for each work in addition. The quality of customer service decreased since years as well and became sometimes really unpolite.

Vendor called me and asking to come and test the car only to complain about the place of residence upon arrival. Totaly wasted my precious free time, will never visit it again, even if this means to look for the service station on the other side of the lake.
