Recently had to wait over 15 minutes just to buy a can of chain lube! The assistant meanwhile was perfectly at ease making me wait whilst casually chatting with an attractive female customer. At one point he followed her out of the store and chatted for 10 minutes beside her motorbike, before i begged him to come back into the store. Where do you think you are man, Italy?!! I thought i was in super efficient Switzerland! Eventually a 2nd staff member came along to serve me. Unbelievably unprofessional behavior!
