Bridal bouquet Mans flower clip to suit. VERY DISSAPOINTING. So many things they have done wrong to my order for bridal bouquet: - i asked for ONLY roses and leafs, no other flowers or any decorations. They added 1 other type of flower and some decorative things. How many times can they wrote it down and still get it wrong? - I asked for free form bouquet, I received a perfect sphere - when I was placing the order the woman specifically said she will do the bouquet a day before and she agreed, even recommended that she will send me pictures of it a day before, in case there are any changes or if she does something wrong. I didn't receive anything and in the afternoon I messaged them. Received no response nor they cared to notify me they now decided to do the bouquet on the day. - my partner's clip to the suit was supposed to be just a rose and a leaf. If course they added two more decorations. I am outraged how such professionally looking place is so ignorant of what people want. If someone doesn't know what they want, fine, be creative, but if I give specific instructions, don't try to ruin someone's day! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent service and selection of flowers and different plants. The workers are very friendly and welcoming. They even helped me find the name of a plant which I only knew how it looked.
Poor quality of decoration and not well trained service persons in this shop.

Très mauvaise expérience. Ma livraison commandé par mon copain pour la saint Valentin n’est jamais arrivé. Evidement j’ai été très déçu et le personnel n’avait pas l’air de s’en inquiéter.
