this Glucotrim Plus is awesome. My fiancé and I are doing the Military Diet right now and the portions are very minimal throughout the day. I take a pill at the start of every meal and I am not hungry at all until the next meal. It's great! It works exactly as it says, the fiber expands in your stomach to give you a sense of feeling full making dieting a lot easier. Plus the fact that it's a water soluble fiber is great.
