We had lunch menu offer which was great value for money deal (50CHF per person for 3 course menu), especially taking into account a welcome surprise starter and chocolate in the end. Lunch was delicious, I loved home-made chocolate a lot! Service was good and caring. Chef was kind and customer oriented, he prepared for us lunch offer though it was taken off the menu after we made booking. The only 2 drawbacks - surprise starter had mushrooms inside through before ordering lunch I informed about no mushrooms in my food; in main dish (fish selection with mashed potato) mushrooms were removed but no vegetable substitution was provided.

In my opinion the best restaurant in Flaesch. Talented chef from the South Tirol, gracious hosts and an unforgettable meal full of flavour. Appreciated the tour of the wine cellar. We'll be back.
A hidden gem on the Swiss back roads.. We had an excellent gastronomic dinner in the Stübli of this cozy restaurant. We were best taken care of by the friendly staff and the Chef-owner's wife Melanie... We were recommended an excellent local white wine (Weingut Hermann) and a fine Italian Amarone ( Buglioni 2015) from the extensive international wine list. Well paired with the very tasty dishes. We will definitely come back and stay in one of the rooms that are planned to be opened..Bravo
Very fine cuisine worth a detour and cosy atmosphere. COVID-measures are insufficient though: mini face schields aren't protecting neither service personnel nor clients...
