I bought my first ever indoor plant from feey and it did not disappoint me at all. As a new plant owner, it was quite daunting to have the first plant and feey provided me with a comprehensive instruction on how to take of the plant very well. It was really an enjoyable experience shopping with them. Keep up the great work Team! And the plant that I bought was wunderstrauch (BESTELLUNG #9650, I hope I could be eligible for a new plant too!)

I absolutely LOVE Feey. Seriously, if you're looking for healthy and stunningly beautiful plants look no further. Also, the team is super fresh, engaging, helpful and fun, they'll help you with anything. Also, the delivery process has so far been very clean, safe and especially very fast. And no, they didn't pay me to write this review, this is just an honest review from a happy customer.
I wanted to order a plant from Feey that I never seemed to catch when it was in-stock! However, I emailed them and they were incredibly helpful and responsive - letting me 'pre-order' so I could get in on the next stock! I've also sent them as gifts to others and they've been delighted - the plants are in excellent condition and are ready to put directly on display (no repotting or fiddling!). Their website with survey to fill out what's best for your room/habits/pets/children is also great - you can buy with confidence! I'll definitely be back in the future!

From the considerate packaging, to the follow-up post-delivery, this is the best plant shop I have found delivering in German-speaking Switzerland. The plants were very healthy, no sign of bugs or illness. You get more than the value of what you spend. If possible, I plan to get all my future plant additions (and green gifts?!) from here. It's also a wonderful aspect that they sponsor building a tree in the Amazons for every plant you purchase. I hope this business always keeps it's grassroots care and quality, it's a winning formula!
I have now ordered from feey two times and both times the plants arrived really quickly, well packaged and looked really healthy. One is pretty new, but the one I ordered last year has been growing! Also enjoyed their clean and easy-to-use webshop and when I asked about a "sold out" plant, I got a quick and personal reply that helped me decide whether to wait for a restock or chose a different type of plant. Will definitely come back next time I "need" a new green friend!
This is what I expect when I order online! Each plant was nicely labeled. My question about the "Überraschungspflanze" was answered within minutes on Instagram! Conclusion: 6/5 stars
I contacted feey from South Africa, my girlfriend was in Switzerland and I could not be with her for her birthday due to COVID and border closures, and within a few hours I received a very friendly and helpful email from Sven. The guys at feey is very professional. The helped me with a hand written card, the german on my note, followed up on the delivery and really made the day super special for my girlfriend. I will recommnend them to anyone.
