The spa part is a Great place to be, especially in winter evenings! We come almost every Sunday at 19.00 and stay till 22.00 almost alone. The saunas program is very nice and the roof salty pool is amazing!

The staff were very unfriendly on arrival. I explained that me and my partner both wanted the \AFTER WORK SPA\ Package as shown on the website, and the first thing the staff member grumpily told me was that I couldn't come in because I needed a reservation for the massage. I explained to him, that the AFTER WORK SPA doesn't even include a massage, and I tried showing him what I wanted on the website. He said that he didn't care what it said on the website and that I would need a reservation. After a while arguing I realised he thought I wanted the \AFTER WORK SPA SILBER\ deal, but I had already told the man twice I didn't want the package with the massage. Anyway, the emotions were already quite high and I felt quite sick entering the spa. After entering the spa we couldn't even get a drink at the bar because there were no staff present at all. There was a telephone at the bar to call a staff member but on the first two tried noone picked up. We tried again 20 minutes later and after some additional waiting a staff member was finally sent to our floor. I feel like I wasted a lot of money for a crappy experience. Asides from the awful experience with the staff the utilities were actually fine. But it definitely wasn't my money's worth and I won't be recommending this place to anyone.
