I always thought that bikefitting was only for pros and that it didn’t make sense for housewives with a bike, like me ;-). But a simple tendinitis made me realize that a proper bikefit is essential for staying healthy on a bike and enjoy cycling so much more. I can really recommend Bjørn for his bikefitting, training advice and help with recovery after injuries.
