I received my Hyphen earbuds and the first impression is very good, I can tell that they works very well, for audio quality and touch controls (even if they are too sensitive). For the money paid, these are bangers. Can’t speak for battery life and long term use just yet, but from what I can see right now, I expect them to last! Great job, Rolling Square – looking forward for HYPHEN 2.

I can only agree with the complaints stated before, have an ongoing support issue that goes back and forth (but mostly only from my side) for almost 3 months now. My hyphen earbuds were faulty and the thing is that you only get non productive answers from the CS. Very frustrating experience to be honest. I do not know if the issue that I have with my product is a well known one but in terms of service rating I would not recommend this company to one of my friends. Edit: A solution has been found. Thank you for coming back on my comment. I just hope you can improve your performance in that section for future customers.

@Marek @Roshan you guys obviously don't even know what crowdfunding is. I've been an early adopter of these guys' products since the original inCharge back in 2015 and always had the best experience. I'm a happy user of Hyphen and I just received inCharge 6 and 6 Max last week, these are probably the best cables I ever bought. Thanks Ferraris Group aka Rolling Square for bringing this awesome stuff to life and ignore these guys that don't even understand that they are not buying from Amazon! Keep up the GREAT work! :D

Great company, I've been following their developments since their first product inCharge and each year they launch new innovative gadgets. I've been using Hyphen for a while (to be honest best earbuds for the price) and I just recently got the inCharge 6, I hope it will arrive soon. Also I'm happy to see that they are from Switzerland!

This is a horrible company with sub-par customer service. My issue with a defective product shipped to me took months in limbo and has still not been resolved. Responses are often, \xxx will write back shortly with more details.
