The worst of delivery service providers in Switzerland. The rescheduling process on the website does not function properly. Furthermore, it is not possible to arrange a deposit in the Zürich city area. Additionally, the company is not able to give a precise time window of delivery. Nowadays, this servicy quality can only be called lousy ans desperate. Ever company operating with FedEx in Switzerland I strongly recommend to re-assess the service provider to avoid bad products rating just because of the terrible delivery experience.

Worst service ever . They were claiming for 2 months they could not find me while of course I was always home and nobody ever called me . To make things even worse today I received a call form a debt office telling me that I have a debt which I am not willing to pay from fedex ! Of course fedex never sent me a bill or something but of course now I have to pay the admin fees . I even wonder how come they have 1,5 stars ... should be 0

Horrible service. Paid a bill regularly but got fined by a collecting company 2 months later. Had to pay an extra fee. Fedex didn't react to my contact about the extra fee. almost criminal.

Not a drop-off for packages, only for documents. It is a Swissport counter. Could you rename it to FedEx Document drop off?

Terrible service, FedEx Switzerland is one of the worst courier services I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Never again. Can only agree with all the hundreds of bad reviews

Poor customer service: They didn’t answer the phone after multiple attempts to call them, so I emailed to ask for clarification on additional payment which they had requested for my delivery. They took 27 days to respond with an explanation - the same day that a debt collection company contacted me to enforce the payment (with additional charges). I won’t be using FedEx in future.

Dropoff for document mailing only. It's a Swiss ticket counter and not an actual FedEx office. If you need to ship anything except dropping off documents, you must go to the Glattbrugg main office.
