Not working traking, drivers with personal phone not allowed to call customers to prealerd delivery, inexistent custom care. Tnt was much better.

Priority package: Delayed, they will not call you to schedule the exact delivery time, don't help with pickup, website is useless, etc. etc. etc. Avoid at all cost!
