Dear readers, If you can do NOT use FedEx, incredibly bad customer service. I have sent a letter using FedEx for 86 CHF and paid by credit card directly at the counter. They sent me an invoice 3 weeks after saying that I did not paid for the service. I called the customer service and opened a case (CQL 18512088) saying that I already paid and that I still have the credit card receipt. Despite everything, they sent me 3 letters asking to make the payment, despite my calls to customer service. Now FedEx is threatening me with legal action. Customer service tells me there is nothing they can do because accounting is located in the Netherlands !! Unbelievable !! Ok FedEx, let's go to court. Shame on you FedEx.

Delivery driver is very ok ... But FEDEX Switzerland is the worst service ever ! They send invoices 10 days LATER, then they immediately send a reminder ... to pay the invoice you just paid it. It looks like they hope the SAME invoice will be paid twice, as I understood from an inside source !!!!!! How about the \administrative fees\ they ask for NOTHING because no import fees or VAT ????

Very poor service in Bussigny. They dont follow customer request for redelivery and despite 2 requests and one made on the phone with the customer service they failed to deliver the package in the right place !
I had a package coming from the U.S. using a 4-5 day shipping method. I was skeptical about this delivery date because it departed on a Friday but it surprisingly arrived on Monday. UPS - another U.S. carrier - in Switzerland has been notoriously bad with delivering packages - usually arriving in a smashed box and late a couple of days. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive the package in tact, exactly on-time. Would strongly recommend FedEx over UPS if you have that option.
Terrible customer service
Worst service ever. I missed their call because on another call, and when I called back they even sounded annoyed. They don't give you a delivery time and they pretend that you pass your day waiting for their call.
Coming by public transport and walking is difficult, a car is recommanded
