Very bad, send you bills even for a small thing I shipped for repairment. I went for holiday and didnt expect and receive the bill. Fedex sent invoice to debitor and a fine to me when I came back

Was out of town for a trip and FedEx was holding a package for me. However they called and let me know that instead of holding it they would be sending it back. Poor customer service seems to be the norm here.
