Really not sure if this will be our preferred BMW dealer or not. They're dismissive of my wife so I have to get on the phone and discuss. We're having some issues with our electric motor and they're dismissing the issue. They didnt seem to have tested the car when the work was done and the issue still exists. Hopefully I'll follow up the review once this is resolved

Terrible place. I left my E93 there as I received a recall letter in England. (My car is from england) After fixing what needed to be fixed on the recall, they gave me back my car very dirty, and this is not the part that is annoying me. After a month my car was having issues, after taking it to a local mechanic he found that someone left one of the airflow tubes unplugged, causing my oil filter to have problems and also giving my oil leaks. In the end I had a big bill to pay. Avoid this place!!!

Worse experience with a car service provider, from the salespeople to the mechanics. After we took our BMW there for a servicing; we found, they had changed our licence plates to show the Facchinetti branding without receiving permission from us. When we complained, as we had not bought the car from them and never agreed to advertise them, they laughed on the phone. They only agreed to change it when we told them they interfered without prior permission with our car and therefore wanted to investigate what else they changed without seeking permission. When they changed the licence plate back without apologising, we received the car, we found the sun roof was damaged. Facchinetti have bought the BMW franchise in Geneva, so if your considering buying or servicing a BMW – strongly suggest you travel to Vaud!

I went in to buy a BMW X5 and talked to the (not very helpful) sales guy. I took his business card, and then got back in touch about 4 weeks to continue the discussions. Imagine my surprise when I received an email back mocking me for the 4 week delay in our discussions and berating me for the delay ! Well done guys, I just brought my new car from the excellent Jan Autos in Lausanne - even though I'm based in Geneva, the journey is well worth the effort! This deal was yours, but your sales guy lost it for you.
