Excellent service, nice team. ESL is the company with the lowest prices in Switzerland and probably the one with the best price-performance ratio. Booking a trip with them is really easy even if you are the last minute type. I went to Egypt and London with them and both trips were very well organized and with good local partners (although London was obviously more expensive than Egypt). I'd recommend that people who want to go abroad book their flights by themselves in order to avoid the (small) fee imposed by the agency. My only suggestion for the company would be that they develop their offer in the Middle East.

Ma conseillère Francesca m’a été d’une grande aide dans mon choix de séjour et a toujours été disponible, claire et rapide pour répondre à mes questions. Je trouve que cela est une bonne chose de pouvoir s’inscrire à l’agence avec un conseiller qui vous à suivi. Cela permet à la fois de poser les dernières interrogations qu’on pourrait avoir et peaufiner les détails relatifs à l’inscription et au séjour. Merci pour tout

ESL est une agence très professionnelle. Ma conseillère, Mme Aremis Ueter, m'a donné des renseignement très clairs, a pu répondre efficacement à toutes mes questions et a su me conseiller au mieux. Je suis entièrement satisfaite et recommande vivement!
