One would expect much more from a high end car brand. This branch looks much more driven by analytic accounting than client experience. Expect i.e long waiting time for tire change appointment. It just happened that we asked for a simple information on a spare part. The employee could not answer and said that we would be called back within 40 minutes. 5 days later we are still waiting. It is just one example.

I was given very dubious arguments for not honouring the warranty. Advise to customers is that you should settle the issue of whether something is covered under warranty before you leave the car.

The mechanics in this garage genuinely want to provide the best care for your car. However, and you should already know this if you are a BMW owner, expect to walk out with a hefty bill every time. No mater what the problem. If your a BMW owner living in Lausanne, this is the best place to keep your \officially\ service your car.

Awful service, better to go to another BMW store. Not respectful at all even after having bought a BMW car. Just for your information BMW accesories cannot be bought (not even shown) on Saturdays. Suggestion from a BMW employee was to go to Peugeot store to buy BMW accesories.
