We bought a used car and, Matteo Ferracane (Leiter Occasionen) was our salesman. Due to Covid 19, the process took longer than expected and we could communicate only on emails and video calls. Throughout the process, he was very attentive to our needs and responsive to our questions. It was a very nice experience of buying the car with him. Emil frey brand itself is quite reassuring but such nice service has emboldened my trust multifold.

Es lief alles vorbildlich, ich kann es nur empfehlen. Das ganze Team ist Super und das Schutzkonzept ist auch ausgezeichnet. Habe noch nie so eine coole und gut begleitet Ablieferung eines Fahrzeuges erlebt. Ich habe schon sehr viele Ablieferung erlebt aber noch keine wie hier. Sonderklasse, macht weiter so.
