Store itself is fine and decent. Decent workers too. But the concept of Pfister is certainly shorter than IKEA. Same quality of products produced in same factories, labeled 3 to 4 times more expensive, just as you think you don’t have to assemble it yourself you find out it’s already broken or dented. Certainly less sustainable from Ikea. I would only shop at Pfister again if I see half price or more discounts in their products - thus, don’t see myself visiting it again. First order was a shoe rack, and had a major crack on the box, I opened it at the store and found a big dent. Reorder took some days. Today received the final piece. Opened the box, too much styrofoam... we recycle here in Switzerland. Ikea uses cartons for cushioning so you can easily recycle everything after you open the box. Pfister now sends me to a drive just because of these large styrofoam pieces. And acres and things are the lowest quality. See the pictures.

Very nice and good quality furniture, pricey but sometimes really great offers
They have very nice looking products, but will never ever order any furniture from here again. Have to wait for almost a half a year? Original delivery date was already 3 months in the future which is much longer than any of the other furniture shops around (I ordered some from pretty much all from this area and everything else has already been in my house for months), but the shelf was supposed to be delivered 1 month ago, is still not here and now they say it will be delivered end of next month. Not even covid makes such a wait acceptable.
