Disappointing. Price on website was adjusted after the order was placed! In the end they charged me 25% more than the price showed on the website because of \unexpected delivery problems\...

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I got for valentines day lillies which had such low quality that they died after 4/5 days and this for huge amount of money compared to other online florists. We complained and their answer was ridiculous, telling it was our fault that we didnt know how to treat flowers well. This is unacceptable. Piece of advice: value for price is absolutely not given & very frustrating customer service.

Nie wieder... Ich habe für CHF 100.00 für meine Mutter Blumen (Tulpen) bestellt. Das ist ja wirklich nicht gerade wenig für Tulpen und angekommen ist ein mini Strauss. Ich bin wirklich sehr eintäuscht.

Bild 1 was ich bestellt habe... Bild 2 was ich erhalten habe... Farblich leider voll daneben! :( Warum hinterlässt man seine Nummer und wird aber bei der Farbwahl nicht kontaktiert? Schade!
