Friendly, professional and helpful staff. I have been going here regularly now for months and can only say positive things.They take orders over the phone. if you order early enough you can pick up your medication on the same day. They save your prescription.so you dont always have to have it on you. When you need advice, it has always been very competent and informative.

Das Personal ist inkompetent, unzufrieden, unfreundlich und arrogant. Sie kennen sich nicht aus und können nicht beraten. Da gehe ich doch lieber zur Rebstock Apotheke Stäfa wo man von Profis bedient wird. Nie wieder!

Ich war zufrieden mit dem Service. Das Personal hat den von mir gewünschten Artikel umgehend bestellt, welchen ich dann am selben Tag ab 16:00 abholen konnte. Was will man mehr. Guter Service. Weiter so !

Werbung in meinem Briefkasten obwohl klar ersichtlich ist, dass man keine wünscht. Und sich auch nie oder nirgends dafür registriert hat. Werbung ohne Empfängeradresse und in der Grösse einer Tageszeitung. Meiner Meinung nach Ökologisch auch nicht gerade gut.
