Really bad experience, they have definitely lost a client...I just came out from the shop.. I waited for 10 minutes at the upper floor for somebody able to help me with the right shoes number, but no-one came...when I went to the lower floor asking for some help, the employee told me that they would close the shop in 6 minutes, so she could not help me... simply ridiculous..
